The Compass Rose Health Plan partners with Express Scripts to provide our members with prescription drug coverage. There are two ways to determine if your prescription is covered by the Compass Rose Health Plan. Either use the Price a Medication tool to search online, or contact us over the phone at: (877) 438-4449.
The Compass Rose Health Plan offers some level of coverage for preventive dental care benefits, as well as a few other non-routine services. For more information, review the 2023 Compass Rose Health Plan FEHB Brochure. Please note: We do not offer a stand-alone dental plan.
Yes, the Compass Rose Health Plan provides overseas coverage for you and your covered family members. Care performed outside the United States is paid at an in-network level. For more details, please visit the Overseas Benefits page.
How to Enroll
If you are currently a Compass Rose Health Plan member and are happy with your coverage, you DO NOT need to do anything. Your coverage will automatically continue into the following year!

Clearly state your Open Season request. If you are making an enrollment change, be sure to tell OPM you want to enroll in the Compass Rose Health Plan, the type of coverage you want (Self Only, Self Plus One, or Self and Family) and the corresponding enrollment code. Remember to include your annuity claim number and Social Security Number (SSN) with your request. Visit opm.gov for more information. Any changes made during Open Season will be effective January 1, 2023.
